As you research the market for your spa, make sure you compare apples to apples. A spa may look like a comparable spa, but you must run through the list of components. Do they have the same kW heater? The same number of jets? The same size and number of pumps? You will find that we we either beat the price or offer more for the money!

Spas are covered top to bottom with a manufacturer's warranty which includes a 5 year shell and 2 year parts, 1 year labor (plumbing, pump(s), heater, filter, surface, etc.) repair or replacement.

All spas require 220V hardwire with a 50 amp GFI unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Information

FREE* SHIPPING is included to the contiguous 48 states in many cases. Delivery is curbside, and does not include any special requirements, i.e., delivery truck access difficulties**. Liftgate service is provided at no additional cost. Customers can opt for backyard delivery, which is an additional $275-350 (quoted independently, so please inquire), barring major obstacles or difficulties. As an example, the movers can get the spa up 1-3 steps, but may not be able to safely get the spa up or down a larger series of steps. Be sure to discuss the landscape situation with us prior to opting for the backyard delivery option.

Delivery within California may include placement to it's final position, barring any major obstacles (like the house's overhang, narrow gateway, etc.). There may be a nominal fee in some cases (usually $75). Call for clarification...it depends on your specific location.

* NOTE: Our shipper has recently "revamped" our contract, breaking into zoned rates, and imposing a fuel surcharge. Please note the following states now have a $185 fuel surcharge: AR, CO IA, IL IN, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, WI, AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, ME, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV. Yes, I understand that shipping in these states isn't exactly "free" anymore...but unfortunately, the increased gas prices has finally forced them to restructure our shipping contract. Our margin of profit is so slight, we cannot afford to absorb the imposed fuel surcharge. There is no fuel surcharge for the following states: AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.

** If you live in a neighborhood that a large truck (often 18 wheeler size) cannot access, (due to low trees, gateways, etc.) they will put the spa on a smaller truck, which usually costs ~$150. After two years of service with this shipper, this has not yet been required with any customer.

While our offer states "shipping included in the price", it is the customer's responsibility to process any loss or damage claims with the shipper. We assume no liability for loss or damage caused by the shipping company. That is not at all to say that we will not work with you and the shipper and help in any way we can. It is recommended that you thoroughly inspect your spa at the time of delivery, and notate any damage on the bill of lading before signing. Do not hesitate to ask the driver to wait while you take off the protective wrapping and inspect for conceiled damage. In most cases, the only time you need to refuse the spa is if there is damage to the acrylic shell or frame, which is very rare (it's only happened once in 4 years with this shipper). Minor scuffs to the cabinet are the most common, but can easily be replaced by sending a replacement panel or trim.
